The GAP Agency says Carla Carter
has proven to be unique in the contem-
porary Christian music world. Carter’s
music career had taken her nationwide
but quickly ended when she was
forced to stop and battle a severe
life threatening disease. After a long
break Carla Carter teamed up with
Felix Weber to let FWP write and
produce Carters album “ReachOut”.
